1 Purpose and scope:

This inspection procedure is applicable to the inspection and test of all self-made product parts, components and components during cold working.
2 test basis: the inspection basis of process inspection shall be implemented according to the inspection process card.
3 inspection category, content and requirements:
3.1 first article inspection:
3.1.1 in the following cases, the machining can be started only after the first piece is inspected and confirmed.
a) Primary workpieces processed by work shift
b) Replace the first workpiece processed by the operator;
c) The first worker to process after replacing (adjusting) the process equipment or replacing the mold
d) Replace the first workpiece processed after the material batch number (heat number);
e) The first workpiece to be processed after replacing the material.
3.1.2 basis of first article inspection: a) process drawing or process card; b) work description (process control point)
